It’s Sunday evening and I’ve nothing to do. So, I waxed my car and now I’m sitting in it listening to music. I love this car. 5 years later and it’s still the best thing with four wheels I can imagine. Post pictures of the cars you love in the comments!

I can’t tell you how happy I am to see any of the following in a “clean car” photo:
Bucket
Hose
Wet driveway

Yeah, totally understand that. I love taking pictures of my car out and about and I try to keep it as clean as possible. The third picture was taken in Rhode Island, I live in Ohio.

All I have to do is graduate, get a job, get a house with a garage, and have enough money that a build will not ruin my entire life. Then I will remove it from purgatory.
Here it is the last time I took it out.
1965 Dodge Dart with a smoooooth slant 6.

You will get there! This car was a gift to myself when I graduated.

With only 2 years left the end is in sight. Although I’m leaning towards grad school so might be a while longer.

V8, RWD Chevys are the best.
As much as it costs me in gas and how much of a pain it can be to maneuver in tight city streets, I wouldn’t get rid of it for anything.

My usual posting for a car I love - the FIAT 126, of course...have $7K scrimped and saved up for one now...just need the right job and living arrangement situation to come along!
That being said, as basic, bland and boring as my 2009 Accent is, I do love that car. Sure, it’s not fast, or pretty, or refined, but Humdrum has never once left me stranded, and I love the ‘manualness’ and ‘minimalness’ of it. Keep It Simple Stupid! :)

Truer words have never been spoken, they are the rats I appreciate all cars, but the best ones are Chevy’s with a V8.

A car definitely doesn’t have to be fast or pretty to be lovable. I’ve owned this 1994 Saturn since 2004 and it’s basically the best thing ever!

I love my Saab. This car has been everywhere, done nearly everything with me, and hasn’t missed a beat. 68,000 miles in two years.

It’s a boatload of compromises, but it’s got so much friggen character. Of course the 5.3 helps with that, but still...

I love my Goat. There are days I wish I never bought her, but those are they days I am already down and then i think about how much I want to do and how I can’t afford to yet. But then I take her out and we drive and I remember what an amazing machine she is. I just love her so much!
